Buzz (Learning Disabilities)

FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES

Buzz projects and workshops are designed especially for young people aged 14 – 25 with learning disabilities.

We have support workers in each session but if you require one to one support, please bring a personal assistant or carer with you. All sessions are £2 per session and run on Saturdays. Term dates for autumn are Sat 21 September – Sat 7 December

Playhouse Youth Partner

BUZZ FAMILY FORUM

SATURDAYS 1.30PM – 3.30PM DATES TBC

Open to all parents, carers and support workers of Buzz participants. This is an informal group that aims to offer support and information in response to the needs of families and carers. No need to sign up just come along.

FIRST FLOOR ARTISTS

SATURDAYS, 11AM – 12.30PM (FIRST SESSION 5 Oct)

Calling all budding visual artists! This group is a space for you to work on your own projects or learn new techniques and try new ways of expressing yourself through visual arts.

BUZZ WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

EVERY SAT 1.30PM – 3.30PM (FIRST SESSION SAT 21 Sept)

Make friends, be creative and develop skills in our Buzz Weekend Workshops. This term we will have workshops in a variety of art forms including music, art, drama and movement. Our end of term sharing will take place on Saturday 27 Jul. The full timetable is available from First Floor reception.
