Both Feet work from the inside out – challenging, unfolding and sharing – and Both Feet LIVE is a reflection of that process. Led by Stephanie Morgan, we’ll be bringing what happens on the inside of our training space to you on the outside. Together we’ll explore connection as humans and as actors, what gets in our way and how beautiful it is when we let ourselves.
Both Feet LIVE isn’t about sharing a polished piece or perfection, it’s about the exploration, rawness and vulnerability of the journey whilst still being excellent viewing.
Unscripted: no one knows what will happen, not even the actors.

Both Feet is a UK based actor training company and community. We don’t believe in ‘breaking you down’. Of course we will challenge you to be the best actor you can be, but in a safe, supportive environment where you can play, take risks and learn to trust yourself. We use exercises based upon Meisner’s teachings to expand you as an actor, but our training is much more than just learning the exercises.
We run classes around the UK and also Actor Training Retreats in our purpose built studio in North Wales. The only actor training of its kind in the world.
Stephanie Morgan is an INLPTA certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, HeartMath Coach and an mBIT (where neuroscience backs up ancient wisdoms) Master Coach. She integrates all her training into her teaching practice to fuel her passion for creating healthy and happy actors.
