“These violent delights have violent ends.”

What if your first love was someone you’d been taught to hate? Torn apart by a bitter feud in fair Verona, two young lovers risk all they hold dear to be together. The most famous of love stories, Romeo & Juliet has intense passion at its heart, alongside an irrepressible desire for change. Will they spark a revolution, or will division continue to tear through generations?

Romeo and Juliet and As You Like It are two gripping 90-minute performances performed by graduating actors and actor musicians from Leeds Conservatoire. Both productions can be booked for an exclusive performance and/or associated workshop by schools, colleges and community venues in Leeds and the surrounding areas.

To book a performance or workshop for your school or group contact: schools@lcm.ac.uk.

A Leeds Conservatoire production presented in partnership with Leeds Playhouse.
