Leeds Playhouse, Sheffield Theatres, and Barnsley Civic have joined forces to host a network for deaf, disabled, learning disabled and neurodivergent theatre makers in Yorkshire.

The sessions, which will take place every two months and will rotate across the three theatres as well as being online, will be a mixture of professional development, industry talks from established disabled creatives, and an opportunity to connect with other local theatre makers.

Register for your place by emailing here. We’ll chat with everyone who registers about their access needs, and what we need to provide to make the sessions accessible and enjoyable for you.

We’d also love to remind you about ARC Stockton’s Access Fund North, which provides financial support for disabled people to attend a range of events. You can apply to the fund to cover your travel to and from sessions, to pay for support workers, or anything else you might need to help you attend. Find out more here.
