Welcome back to Leeds Playhouse

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Playhouse. We’ve taken our time to ensure the safety of all our staff, artists and audiences. Please book ahead of your visit and read on for more information about how we can all keep safe as we return to enjoying live performance.

    To help keep all theatregoers safe, including audience members, performers, crew and theatre staff, you will be asked to present your Covid pass on entry to the Playhouse. Find out more about about the Covid pass here

    • Print tickets at home or show them on your mobile phone
    • Contact Box Office to make a change to your tickets
    • Bring limited belongings (remembering your face covering) – a cloakroom service will not be available
    • Arrive on time please, latecomers may not be admitted
    • Entry will be through the Playhouse Square entrance
  • During your visit

    In line with the latest Government announcement, wearing face masks in the theatre is mandatory (unless exempt). Please remember to wear one in the Playhouse, including in seats, except when eating or drinking.

    • Contactless temperature checks will be carried out at the point of arrival
    • At the entrance, please check in using the NHS QR code with the NHS COVID-19 app
    • Please be mindful of others’ need for personal space
    • Please arrive on time, latecomers may not be admitted
    • If you have any symptoms of coronavirus or a high temperature on the day of the show please do not attend and contact us within 24 hours to arrange a credit or refund
